About Us:

Welcome to Cream City Sip!  A drink and food trailer run by husband and wife duo Micah and Thalia.  Creamy delicious sodas and classic Wisconsin Brats and hotdogs tell the story of a Milwaukee dream come true.  Milwaukee's iconic cream colored bricks earned it the pithy nickname: “The Cream City”, but Cream City Sip brings the flavor to the city with our dirty sodas!  Care for a crisp Coke?  Who doesn't?  Well how about a smooth and luscious cherry Coke-onut soda?  Pair it with a hot cheeto covered Brat and we are in business!  Literally!  

What started in early 2025 as a pregnant date night staple as Micah and Thalia awaited the birth of their first born son quickly grew into the beginnings of a food business endeavor!  Micah brings over 8 years of logistics and operations experience working in the shipping industry.  A problem solver with a can-do attitude, you can count on fantastic service and a well thought out plan for any event.  Thalia has worked in the food and drink industry for over 6 years, notably at an unnamed Seattle based coffee shop with a green logo.  She brings flair and expertise as she serves with a smile.  Always an eye for beauty, Thalia brings a sweet presence to any gathering as she works tirelessly and efficiently!

What matters most to us?  Jesus Christ.  We place our faith and trust in our Lord and Savior.  Who rescued us from our sins.  How does this apply to Cream City Sip?  Our faith in Christ is the foundation for our values.  We root our values in God’s Word to humanity: The Bible.
